Eberhard is requested by chemical and pharmaceutical companies, for marketing and advertising, product illustrations and information brochures. His long-standing interest in medicine and biology has led to a deep understanding of the anatomy of the body, down to the processes at the cellular level. Habe dann aber doch Illustration an der Fachhochschule für Gestaltung in Hamburg studiert und mich anschliessend selbstständig gemacht. Frage: Wo lebst Du? Eberhard: Mein Atelier befindet sich in einem Gewerbegebäude in Altona, es hat ca. 50 QM mit Abstellraum und Toilette. Die eine Seite ist mit Schreibtischen für meine Computer belegt, die andere fürs analoge Arbeiten mit Staffelei, Farbpaletten auf Tischen und den Airbrush Utensilien. Ansonsten: Malen, Gitarre, Wandern. Frage: Wenn Du nicht Illustrator geworden wärest, was wärest Du dann? Eberhard: Maler. Frage: Wenn Du in die Vergangenheit reisen könntest, in welche Zeit würdest Du zurückgehen? Eberhard: Quadrocento Italien, aber eigentlich bin ich ganz froh in diesem Jahrhundert zu leben.
