Kate Birch was born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah, and still lives in her hometown, where she paints tirelessly in her spare time. Her clients appreciate both the speed and quality of her work, as well as the attention to detail she brings to her art. She has a special talent for transforming everyday things around us into something spectacular or iconic. Kate's inspiration comes from observation—she finds complex beauty in everything from a cup of coffee to a desert landscape at dawn. For Kate, creativity is at the core of a fulfilling life, and that includes working with traditional media. She paints with colorful gouache, creating vibrant still lifes and landscapes. Occasionally, she also uses Procreate. By enhancing color and contrast and boldly depicting essential forms, her works move between realism and pop art. Language: English
